Mythos of Ullord

The mythology of the world of Ullord has a foundation of magic, willpower and ties to the divine entities. The various creatures and gods are divided into domains and the type of magic and effects caused by their presence are tied directly to their domain. The beings and the manner in which they are revered by mortals differs greatly.

Below is a list that details the gods of Ullord and other mythology that ties into the world building.

The Gods

Her zodiac sign is the unicorn, the representation of Dawnhorn, the first unicorn.

The Consecrated

consecrated.png

The consecrated are a group of mortals made unique by the gods selecting them to be imbued with their domain's essence. The minimal number of gods to consecrate a person is three, but any number of them can choose to do so. Those chosen are selected shortly after their birth.

Consecrated individuals are rare and some don't even know their status. In addition to receiving abilities related to the domains of the gods who consecrated them, the consecrated are granted intense, divine charisma that is impossible to resist, save for other divine beings (i.e. the gods, other consecrated).  The consecrated have a higher rate of success when calling to a deity or otherwise using their paeans and they all have pleasant singing voices. Consecrated persons are immune to divine magic from other mortals (consecrated, clerics).
